My blueberry field is now asleep. It seems that it goes in a two-year cycle, and this was an off-year, so next year will probably be especially good! I had plenty for my usage and have a healthy supply of blueberry jam and fruit (which is excellent to add to cereal, yogurt, or oatmeal) put away. In 2021, I may even allow you to pick some ;)

With the kind assistance of my mother, my garden was excellent this year.  All kinds of canned tomatoes, chow, pickles, legumes, spuds, etc. put away in the freezer or cold-room. You too can have a bountiful harvest in 2021. Fall tilling is recommended.

Maybe you missed the heavy garbage pickup, or perhaps you found more stuff you want to get gone. The Municipality of Inverness did a run (thank you kindly!), but I still had to make another trip for myself and a neighbor. Dealing with unwanted lumber, old furniture, and beds, etc. are much easier to deal with now than after a winter of sitting outside where Mother Nature and Old Man Winter will add weight and corruption to the lot.
